Is MiSpot just for desk booking?
Desk booking is one part of it. MiSpot also brings together meeting rooms, visitor bookings, reception, staff sign-in, site attendance and evacuation roll calls. We’ll help you explore the features that fit your workplace.
How do I choose a package?
Start with the number of people who need to use MiSpot: up to 25, 50, 100 or 200. For more than 200 users, ask about a bespoke package. Tell us about your sites and requirements and we’ll prepare a quote.
Can we use our Microsoft 365 accounts?
MiSpot supports Microsoft sign-in, user synchronisation and Outlook calendar integration. Meeting rooms can connect to Microsoft 365, with Teams links for meetings. These connections are configured for your organisation during setup.
Can MiSpot work across several locations?
Yes. MiSpot supports sites, buildings and floors, with separate layouts and site access for your users. Let us know how many locations you have so we can discuss the right setup.
How does sign-in work?
Staff can sign in through the portal or a reception screen, and reception can help with sign-ins. The mobile app also supports optional automatic sign-in using a site’s geo-fence, where enabled and with the required location permissions.
